TERMS OF CARRIAGE

1.Agreement
By engaging Auto Trans & Logistics Pty Ltd, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions
2.Assest Responsibility
The Client warrants that all items presented for transport are free of prohibited or hazardous materials and are in a conditions suitable for transport.
3.Documentations
The Clients must provide all necessary registration or permit documentation for machinery or vehicle if required by law for interstate transit.
4.Liability
Auto Trans & Logistics Pty Ltd takes utmost care in the handling of all assests. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law. We strongly recommend that the Client maintains their own transit insurance for high values machinery.
5.Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable upon delievery/completion of services.
6.Delays
While we strive to meet all agreed upon timeframes, we are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather, road closures, or mechanical issues beyond our reasonable control
